If you listen, your body will tell you when you are hungry, when you are thirsty, when your mind needs some fun, when you need to relax your nerves and when you need to sleep. The problem is that such signals are still overlooked. If you open the lines of communication, you may find that when your activity rates slow down, so does your appetite, or you might find that your hunger is motivated by an emotional desire, in which case, you may be best served by turning to a non-food substitute.
